Our founders, having experienced firsthand the challenges of finding qualified staff in Australia's competitive market, discovered the incredible pool of educated, English-speaking professionals in the Philippines who were eager to contribute to international businesses. What started as a small recruitment initiative has grown into Australia's most trusted Philippine outsourcing partner, with over 100 successful placements and counting.

Why We Started Remote365

After founding North Shore Nurses in 2009, Vish Shah experienced firsthand the challenges of finding the right local team in Australia’s competitive job market. While expanding his operations, he began working with skilled Filipino professionals—recruiters, admin staff, and coordinators—who played a key role in growing his business.

In 2019, Vish founded Sublime Care, a disability service provider, where Filipino talents once again became essential in roles like rostering, bookkeeping, and billing. Their strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability consistently stood out.

By 2025, Vish saw the clear advantage of hiring Filipino professionals and wanted other Australian businesses to experience the same success. Remote365 was created to bridge skilled Filipino talent with Australian companies, helping solve workforce shortages while creating lasting opportunities.
